Every person on this tour helps create a cultural conduit, sending great Texas-based music to Europe and bringing a musical voice of rhyme and reason from the States.     Even with the increases in fuel charges (and a tough exchange rate on the US dollar), this year the value of our travel package is the best ever. So that is–direct airfare, 6-night hotel stay, private shuttle transportation to and from airport and hotel, VIP Pass to all WJA 2008 events (including all shows, after-hour private parties, acoustic happy hours in hotel courtyard, and other surprises) and sponsor goodies (including WJA T-shirt, poster, stickers, and more)–and the taxes, tips, and fees included (except credit card fees), that is a great deal!

    AND in case you need more… WonderJam hosts some great artists and shows in Amsterdam for night after night of rockin’ good times. Don’t forget, all proceeds from packages go directly to artist travel expenses; we are all patrons of the arts with WJA 2008! The Full Travel Special package is only $1540.00 per person sharing a 2-person room with private shower and toilet, or $1840.00 for a single traveler with a private room (these rooms are economy double (big bed) for single use – much nicer than any single room. And we have a Room and VIP Pass Package for just $640.00 (per person sharing a room) or $960 (for economy double for single use)… for European and out-of-state travelers. Maybe you have your own plane, or like to swim really far, and already have a place in Amsterdam, well then, you can get the WJA 2008 Show Pass for only $120.00 that includes all the shows, sponsor specials, and freebies.     Our accommodations are in the areas most requested by our travelers from past years. Our group is given exceptional benefits and great service, with a WJA group concierge supporting our travel patrons throughout the whole trip. WJA makes sure we travel in style and are treated well overseas by including the tipping in our package (necessary to receive the best service). Also, Amsterdam has excellent public transportation and English is practically their other language, so relax and be ready for some serious fun. We often have individual travelers, many on their first voyage outside the states, and this is a great way to casually enjoy your tour and have the backup in case needed.     - After Sept. 1, 2008: Non-refundable in full unless WJA can transfer package, minus fees.

    - The trip departs and returns from and to Houston, you are responsible for transportation stateside.

    Here are some ways to customize your plans. We will be able to extend airfare for a longer stay abroad. If you are interested in extended travel, please let us know immediately…extend the air travel for more nights in Amsterdam (WJA can help with the hotel too) or tour Europe on your own, you decide! Wanna upgrade your hotel, need to save some bucks and wanna stay hostel style, WJA can help. We are working on a super saver package for a limited number of brave travelers needing only a bed and roof overhead. Please note, this is for experienced travelers abroad and not recommended for the faint of heart. Contact us.

    …your payment will have a $250 non-refundable deposit, and the full amount is completely non-refundable after Oct 1, 2008… unless WJA can transfer to another traveler. Only transferable through WJA. WJA will try to recover as much as possible for the traveler should a cancellation occur last minute.

    2. Fill out and sign the 3 Forms.

    3. Must mail Forms – with check/money order or use credit card online…must mail Forms either way.

    4. If you do not have a passport, get one immediately!

    5. Sit back and relax since WJA is taking care of your arrangements and will have a group concierge along the way for the whole trip…just for your convenience.

    You can also secure your individual place with our group by mailing your DEPOSIT ($250) or FULL PAYMENT (any package offers) with check or money order and FORMS to the address below.
