Hey travelers! Need to make a payment? The first link below will allow you to deposit for all package options by credit card. Yes, there are fees for using credit cards with WJA; one of the few not included in your original price. Feel free to send a check by mail if need be and call to lock in your place. Please note (on the forms you will need to download, sign, and send to WJA) which rooming option you want: single (double with big bed for single use), twin = 2 beds for 2 people, or double = 1 big bed for 2 people. You can select the quantity you need at time of purchase for any number of travelers. You will be receipted by email once you make your payment, and again by WJA when your forms arrive. Deposit travelers will not be invoiced for payments; your receipt of deposit will have details for payments. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make timely payments (late payment fees apply). All necessary information and time tables are posted in several places throughout the website for your ease (see bottom of this page for details).

  4. If you do not have a passport, get one immediately!
  5. Sit back and relax since WJA is taking care of your arrangements and will have a group concierge along the way for the whole trip…just for your convenience.

INFORMATION FOR MAILING YOUR CHECK, MONEY ORDER & FORMS:

You can also secure your individual place with our group by mailing your DEPOSIT ($250) or FULL PAYMENT (any package offers) with check or money order and FORMS to the address below. Fill out and sign the forms, send in these forms with payment, and you will receive confirmation and receipt by email.

PAYMENT DETAILS FOR DEPOSITING TRAVLERS

  • Due by May 23, 2010: Payment of ½ remaining balance on travel package.
  • Due by June 23, 2010: Final Payment in Full of remaining balance on travel package.
  • After June 23, 2010: Non-refundable in full unless WJA can transfer package, minus fees.
  • Packages transferable only thru WJA.
  • All travel prices are subject to availability: your deposit locks in package at posted price.
  • The trip departs and returns from and to Houston, you are responsible for transportation stateside.
  • You are responsible for your ground expenses beyond what is offered by WJA 2010(i.e.: taxis, food, etc.).
